Is it possible to change my design?
Absolutely, shapes, sizes, and colors can be changes as we go. B.W.S, will provide you with up to date progress on your order.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Once production has begun, clay selected, shapes and prototype completed and accepted, cancellation of the order will result in a fee . The fee will cover cost of materials plus labor at a rate of $35.00 per hour. Cancelling before production no charge.
How does the billing process work?
When shipping:
To secure your booking, we request a 50% down payment with the remaining 50% to be paid 24 hours once received thru the mail.
Pottery Sales at Studio:

Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! When you place an order a invoice is generated. A copy follows to pottery to your door.
